Invent Baltics coordinated and supported an Estonian biotechnology SME ProtoBios in putting together a successful Horizon 2020 RISE application

The project SZ_TEST (project ID: 734791) received a grant of ~1.3 million euros for the development of molecular diagnostics tools for early detection of schizophrenia.

It is expected to get the grant agreement signed between Protobios and European Commission by December. The project will last four years.
RISE scheme promotes international and intersectoral collaboration through the exchange of research and innovation staff. Protobios is coordinating the consortium of 9 members from Estonia, Finland and United Kingdom. From Estonia, 5 partners are presented.
